My Approach
Healing often begins in the presence of someone who is willing to genuinely see, understand, and walk alongside us through the difficult places we may have carried alone for a long time.
As your therapist, I view our work as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, honesty, compassion, and meaningful connection. I am an actively engaged and relational therapist, and I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe enough to explore the experiences, patterns, emotions, and wounds that may be shaping your life and relationships in painful ways.
Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in painful relational patterns, or exhausted from carrying the weight of experiences they have never fully had the opportunity to process. Together, we work to better understand these experiences — not simply to manage symptoms, but to help create deeper healing, greater self-understanding, and more fulfilling emotional and relational connection.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Psycho-dynamic Therapy, EMDR, and other integrative approaches. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to the unique needs, personality, and goals of each individual I work with.
Above all, I believe therapy should feel human. My hope is that our work together helps you feel more connected to yourself, more able to move through life wholeheartedly, and more open to the meaningful relationships and experiences you deserve.
